Unlike traditional derailleur systems, the Mule Jäger’s enclosed hub eliminates exposed components, meaning no broken derailleurs or snagged chains when pushing through brush, mud, or rocky trails. At the heart of the Mule Jäger lies the Bafang ULTRA mid-drive motor—often called the diesel engine of eBike motors. The bike weighs about 67 lbs without the battery, and the battery adds about 12 lbs. The load capacity is 350 lbs (rider plus gear), plenty for carrying camp gear or game meat.

For all of our ebikes, we stand behind your purchase with a one‑year limited manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty starts the day you receive your bike and covers major components like the battery, frame, motor, controller, wiring harness and LCD display. To activate your coverage, be sure to register your bike within 30 days of delivery; the warranty is valid only for the original owner and can’t be transferred. It protects you against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship but doesn’t cover normal wear, misuse or modifications.
