Bakcou Connect is exclusively available for our SD model eBikes, with varying integration options:
The Mule SD comes with Bakcou Connect technology already installed, including the first year of app subscription at no additional cost. After the first year, the annual subscription is $99 to maintain all connected features and services.
For Kodiak AWD SD and Flatlander SD models, Bakcou Connect requires a $199 upgrade at the time of purchase. This upgrade includes installation of the Connect hardware and your first year of app subscription free. Following the first year, the annual subscription continues at $99.
Security Features
Keep your e-bike safe with Bakcou Connect’s advanced security system. Lock it remotely, trigger a loud 102-decibel alarm, and get instant alerts if it’s moved. In surveillance mode the system disables the motor and activates anti-theft measures automatically.
If stolen, real-time GPS tracking (accurate within 1–10 meters) helps you or law enforcement recover it quickly. Whether for a short stop or overnight storage, Bakcou Connect keeps your bike protected 24/7.
ADVANCED MONITORING
Stay ahead of issues with Bakcou Connect’s real-time bike health monitoring. You can get instant battery stats and detailed health reports on your phone, and allow our team can remotely diagnose problems and offer solutions—often before you notice them. All data is secure and GDPR-compliant, ensuring a smooth, worry-free ride.
LOCATION SERVICES
Always know where your bike is with precise GPS tracking. Share your location for safety, retrace favorite routes, or pin prime hunting spots to revisit season after season. If your bike is stolen, tracking greatly boosts recovery chances—giving you peace of mind on every ride.
