Bakcou has led the industry in fat tire eBike sales over the past 3 years. Bakcou has stood apart from other industry leaders by overcoming supply chain and shipping delays, maintaining a readily available inventory and continuing to fulfill orders throughout unprecedented times.
At Bakcou, we pride ourselves on our five-star customer service. Our team is ready to assist you with all of your eBike and eScooter questions and needs. Our sole focus is on taking care of our Tribe Members and you can shop with confidence knowing that when you call Bakcou, you’ll work directly with a member of our team located at our headquarters in northern Utah. With the same passion for the outdoors that you possess, our team is knowledgeable on our products and has miles and miles of Bakcou eBike and eScooter experience.
At Bakcou, we stand by our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your eBike isn’t everything you hoped for, or if you decide you’d prefer a different model, we offer an opportunity for exchange or a refund within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, the eBike must be in new condition with less than 10 miles on the odometer and no signs of wear or damage. A 15% restocking fee applies, and you’ll be responsible for a $300 cost for return shipping. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@bakcou.com for approval and detailed instructions. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
To be considered in new condition for a refund or exchange, your Bakcou eBike or eScooter must meet the following requirements:
- Less than 10 miles on odometer
- No wear and tear on tire
- No dust, mud, or elements on bike
- No scratches, dents, blemishes, etc.
After building up the eBike or eScooter, Bakcou will do a collateral value assessment and deduct refund value from there. The assessed refund value will be communicated to you prior to processing the refund.
A collateral value assessment will be performed on your Bakcou eBike or eScooter within 5 business days of receiving your shipment at our headquarters in northern Utah. After the assessment, our Bakcou Customer Support Team will communicate with you, via the email on file, regarding our value assessment and begin processing the refund immediately. Deposit into your account is subject to processing by your financial institution and can take up to 5-7 business days.
To initiate a return, please contact our team at info@bakcou.com for approval and detailed return instructions. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
When your Bakcou eBike or eScooter arrives, please keep all original packaging, including the box. You’ll need to repackage your product using those same materials for any return. Failure to use the original packaging may result in a higher return shipping charge. We also recommend adding extra padding or protection as needed to ensure a safe return.
The customer is responsible for securely packaging the product and any damage that occurs during return shipping. To protect yourself, take photos of the packaged bike or scooter before shipping.
Once the product is properly packaged and your return has been approved, a $300 return shipping fee will be required. After payment, Bakcou will provide a prepaid return shipping label. You’ll then need to drop off your packaged bike or scooter at your local FedEx location.
If your box or packaging was damaged upon arrival, please include photos of the damage in your email to info@bakcou.com along with your order number and request to return. We’ll send you a replacement box, and you’ll be responsible for the shipping cost of the new box.

If your eBike or eScooter is damaged upon receipt, please email the Bakcou Customer Support Team at info@bakcou.com and provide pictures, a description of the damage, your name, and order number. Our team will reach out to work out the best solution for you.
While it is rare that damage occurs, there is risk in shipping a large product, such as an eBike, via Ground Transportation. We take care to ensure that our eBikes and eScooters are packaged with ample foam and protective packaging. With that in mind, once a package leaves our warehouse, it is difficult to control the handling to prevent small shipping scratches and minor blemishes.
Yes, each customer is limited to one (1) return per year.
Your 30-Day Return Policy starts on the day the delivery company drops off your eBike or eScooter.
Bakcou’s 30-Day Return Policy is only for eBikes and eScooters purchased after November 1, 2021. Prior purchases do not qualify.
In the event of a product return, Bakcou promotional items received with your purchase must also be returned and a 15% restocking fee will be assessed. If you choose to keep any of the promotional items, the MSRP value of the promotional items will be deducted from your refund.
Returns after 30 days are generally not accepted. In rare cases where an exception is approved, a 25% restocking fee will apply, and a collateral value assessment will be conducted. To request consideration for a return, please contact us at info@bakcou.com.
eBikes and eScooters purchased from our Deals page as Showroom, Demo, or Consignment specials do not qualify for Bakcou's 30-Day Return Policy. These eBike and eScooter sales are final sale.
