This fully enclosed 14-speed internal gear hub protects critical components from mud, water, rocks, and debris while providing a massive gear range. Riders can shift multiple gears at once, even while stopped, delivering unmatched control, reduced maintenance, and dependable performance in demanding conditions.

The Rohloff E-14 is one of the most advanced drivetrains available for electric bikes. Its 14-speed internal gear hub provides a massive 526% gear range while keeping all of the gearing sealed inside the hub for maximum protection from mud, water, rocks, and debris. The electronic shifting system allows you to shift multiple gears at once, even while stopped, making steep climbs, technical terrain, and frequent stops easier to navigate. Compared to a traditional derailleur, it requires significantly less maintenance while delivering smooth, precise shifting ride after ride.

The Scout Jäger SD includes Bakcou's SD Rear Rack and is compatible with our lineup of SD cargo accessories, making it easy to carry gear for work or adventure. However, it is not compatible with the optional SD Rear Rack Battery System at this time.

The Scout Jäger SD is designed for riders who want premium comfort and performance on demanding terrain. Its full-suspension frame, fat tires, powerful Bafang Ultra M620 mid-drive motor, and Rohloff E-14 drivetrain make it an excellent choice for mountain trails, backcountry exploration, camping, hunting, and long-distance off-road adventures.

Because every ride is different, there is no single range figure that applies to every rider. Factors such as terrain, elevation gain, rider weight, temperature, wind, tire pressure, and your selected assist level all affect battery life. Under typical riding conditions, most riders can expect approximately 40 to 60 miles on a single charge. Actual range will vary based on how and where you ride.

For all of our ebikes, we stand behind your purchase with a one‑year limited manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty starts the day you receive your bike and covers major components like the battery, frame, motor, controller, wiring harness and LCD display. To activate your coverage, be sure to register your bike within 30 days of delivery; the warranty is valid only for the original owner and can’t be transferred. It protects you against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship but doesn’t cover normal wear, misuse or modifications.
