The Mule Step-Through 24” is built around Bakcou’s proven Mule platform with a 24” wheel size and lower standover height for easier mounting and control. Its 6061 aluminum frame, front air suspension, and aggressive fat tires provide stability, durability, and confidence across rugged terrain.

Designed to haul heavy loads while remaining easy to handle, the Mule ST 24” combines high torque, efficient gearing, and trail-ready components into a hardtail eBike that excels on long backcountry rides, scouting missions, and demanding off-road conditions.

Note: The Mule ST 24” does not include a front mud fender or headlight. A headlight can be added using the recommended 2200-lumen GoPro-mount option.

FAQ

For all of our ebikes, we stand behind your purchase with a one‑year limited manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty starts the day you receive your bike and covers major components like the battery, frame, motor, controller, wiring harness and LCD display. To activate your coverage, be sure to register your bike within 30 days of delivery; the warranty is valid only for the original owner and can’t be transferred. It protects you against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship but doesn’t cover normal wear, misuse or modifications. If you ever have a problem, just reach out to our support team and we’ll guide you through the warranty claim process.
