When you receive your Bakcou eBike, if it’s not everything that you hoped it would be right out of the box, or you decide you want a different Bakcou model, ship it back to us for either a full refund, or to exchange for a different model with no hassle. Bike must be in new condition with less than 10 miles on the odometer.
We’ll cover the shipping costs to get the bike to you, and all that you are responsible for, is the return shipping costs of getting the bike back to us.

Bakcou will assess every bike return after building the bike up. We will then do a collateral value assessment, and deduct refund value from there. Bakcou will communicate the assessed refund value back to you.
As soon as we receive your bike, which varies on your location in reference to our headquarters in Utah, we will do an assessment within the first 3 business days of receipt. After the assessment, we will communicate with you, with the email on file, our Value Assessment, and issue the immediate refund. Deposit into your account will be subject to processing by your financial institution and can take up to 5-7 business days.
You need to keep all of our packaging, including the box. You may need to add additional packing to ensure a safe return back to us. Once it’s re-packaged properly, you can either take the bike to a local FEDEX or UPS Store, or, schedule a pickup at your place of residence or business thru either of those two companies. As mentioned before, you are responsible for the shipping costs.
If your box is damaged, please send us photos via email@example.com with your order number and desire to ship back, and we will then send out a new box. You will be responsible for the shipping cost of this new box.

Please send pictures, with description of damage, within 24 hours of receiving your bike. Pictures can be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and name. Our customer service team will then reach out to you to work out the best solution for you.
Although it is rare that damage occurs, there is risk in shipping a large product, such as an eBike, via Ground Transportation. We ensure that our eBikes are packaged with ample foam and protective packaging. However small shipping scratches and minor blemishes are difficult for us to control the handling of the box once it leaves our warehouse.
If returning the bike to us, ensure the bike is also packaged properly.
Yes - Each customer is limited to 2 returns per year.
Bakcou’s No-Risk purchase program is for eBikes only purchased after November 1, 2021. Prior purchases do not qualify.
Your 30 day trial starts on the day the delivery company drops off your Bike.
Yes, if they are a participating dealer! If so, please work with the dealer that you purchased your Bakcou eBike from and they will assist you with the return.
