If your Bakcou eBike or eScooter isn’t everything you hoped it would be, or you simply decide you want a different Bakcou model, we’ll do a no-hassle exchange for a different model or provide you with a full refund, minus shipping charges. You cover the return shipping to get the bike or scooter back to us and we’ll take care of the shipping costs to get you your new bike or scooter! Bakcou eBike or eScooter must be in new condition with less than 10 miles on the odometer to qualify for an exchange or full refund. Please contact us at email@example.com to initiate your return. Do not send your eBike or eScooter back to us without having approval from our Bakcou Customer Support Team.
To be considered in new condition for a full refund or exchange, your Bakcou eBike or eScooter must meet the following requirements:
- Less than 10 miles on odometer
- No wear and tear on tire
- No dust, mud or elements on bike
- No scratches, dents, blemishes, etc.
After building up the eBike or eScooter, Bakcou will do a collateral value assessment and deduct refund value from there. The assessed refund value will be communicated to you prior to processing the refund.
A collateral value assessment will be performed on your Bakcou eBike or eScooter within 3 business days of receiving your shipment at our headquarters in northern Utah. After the assessment, our Bakcou Customer Support Team will communicate with you, via the email on file, regarding our value assessment and begin processing the refund immediately. Deposit into your account is subject to processing by your financial institution and can take up to 5-7 business days.
When you receive your Bakcou eBike or eScooter, keep all original packaging including the box. You will re-package your eBike or eScooter back into the box and packaging that it was received in. you may need to add additional packaging to ensure a safe return back to us. Please ensure your eBike or eScooter is properly packaged when returning your product to prevent damage during shipping. Once re-packaged properly, visit your local FedEx or UPS store, or schedule a pickup at your place of residence or business via one of those two companies. As previously mentioned, you are responsible for shipping costs to ship your eBike or eScooter back to our facility. If you have questions, please contact us at (844)227-1096. If your box is damaged, please send us photos via firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and desire to ship back, and we will then send out a new box. You will be responsible for the shipping cost of the new box.

If your eBike or eScooter is damaged upon receipt, please email the Bakcou Customer Support Team at email@example.com and provide pictures, a description of the damage, your name, and order number. Our team will reach out to work out the best solution for you.
While it is rare that damage occurs, there is risk in shipping a large product, such as an eBike, via Ground Transportation. We take care to ensure that our eBikes and eScooters are packaged with ample foam and protective packaging. With that in mind, once a package leaves our warehouse, it is difficult to control the handling to prevent small shipping scratches and minor blemishes.
Yes, each customer is limited to two (2) returns per year.
Bakcou’s 30-Day No-Risk Trial program is only for eBikes and eScooters purchased after November 1, 2021. Prior purchases do not qualify.
Your 30-Day No-Risk Trial starts on the day the delivery company drops off your eBike or eScooter.
In the event of a product return, Bakcou promotional items received with your purchase must also be returned and a 15% restocking fee will be assessed.. If you choose to keep any of the promotional items, the MSRP value of the promotional items will be deducted from your refund.
eBikes and eScooters purchased from our Deals page as Showroom, Demo, or Consignment specials do not qualify for Bakcou's Risk-Free Purchase Program. These eBike and eScooter sales are final sale.
