Returns
To start a return, contact info@bakcou.com for approval and detailed instructions. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable. Do not ship your eBike or eScooter back without authorization. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. The eBike must be in new condition, have fewer than 10 miles on the odometer, and show no signs of wear, damage, or modification. The 30-day return policy applies only to Bakcou eBikes and eScooters. eMoto models are excluded and not eligible for return.
A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns. The customer is responsible for a $300 return shipping fee, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. If promotional items were included with the purchase, their MSRP value will be deducted from the refund unless they are also returned. Returns after 30 days, if approved, will incur a 25% restocking fee and a collateral value assessment.
Keep all original packaging, including the box your eBike or eScooter arrived in. The product must be returned in the original packaging to avoid additional shipping charges. If the original box is damaged or unavailable, contact Bakcou to purchase a replacement box. You’ll be responsible for the cost of the new box and any additional packaging materials needed to ensure a safe return.
Before shipping, take photos of your packaged product for your records. Customers are responsible for properly securing the product, and Bakcou is not liable for damage that occurs during return shipping. Once your return is approved and properly packaged, you’ll be sent a prepaid return label after the $300 return shipping fee is paid. The packaged bike or scooter must be dropped off at a local FedEx location.
If your original box arrived damaged, include photos of the damage when you email your return request.
All purchases made through authorized Bakcou retailers must be returned directly to the retailer. Bakcou does not accept direct returns for products purchased through third-party sellers.
